What this system holds and why

The Cockpit is a private client-delivery workspace operated by Clairvoyis Advisory LLP. It holds the data needed to perform your engagement: your named users' email addresses and names, the compliance data you provide, documents exchanged for the engagement, and an access log. Processing is purpose-limited to delivering the services in your engagement letter (clause 6A).

Processors

Hosting provider (India region — see your engagement letter), and Resend (transactional email: sign-in codes and notifications). No analytics or advertising trackers run on this domain.

Your rights (DPDP Act)

Named users can request an export or deletion of their records through their Clairvoyis desk contact. On termination, your records are exported to you and residual copies deleted within 90 days, subject to statutory retention.

Security

Passwordless sign-in with single-use codes, encrypted transport, signed short-lived document links, server-side sessions with revocation, nightly encrypted backups, and an append-only audit trail of every change and download.
